1. Pre-Shampoo Treatment:
Massage gently with Pahadi Rosemary Hair Oil into the scalp and hair, leaving it on for at least 2-3 hours before shampooing to nourish and strengthen the hair.
2. Overnight Treatment:
For intensive nourishment, apply a generous amount of the oil to the scalp and hair before bedtime, covering your head with a Silk Cap. Wash it off in the morning for soft, shiny locks.
